Postdoctoral Fellow · InVibe team, Institut de Neurosciences de la Timone

My main research focus is the anatomo-functional organization and connectivity of human eye fields

In my PhD, I used diffusion MRI and fMRI meta-analytic methods to investigate the structural and functional connectivity of the frontal eye field and inferior frontal junction, providing tractography evidence that the two visual stream architecture extends into the prefrontal cortex. After a Fulbright at UCSD gaining further fMRI experience, I joined the InVibe team at the Institut de Neurosciences de la Timone, where, thanks to a fellowship from the Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale, I'm investigating the visual topography and structural/functional connectivity of prefrontal eye fields using diffusion and functional MRI

Unraveling the Topography of Human Eye Fields: Anatomo-functional Organization and Connectivity explored with high-field MRI

Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale · 3-year fellowship, 2025–2027

Combining fMRI and diffusion MRI to localize precentral eye fields, investigate their relationship with sulcal morphology, and characterize their connectivity via resting-state fMRI and tractography of short association fibers
